Matthew V. Pietsch
Matt is a Maui business & real estate attorney with over 30 years of experience with a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree from Georgetown University
He was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii and began his legal career working for Goodsill, Anderson, Quinn and Stifel in Honolulu as a litigator. He then spent a period of time working in San Francisco for Khourie, Crew and Jaeger (which later merged into Townsend, Townsend and Crew), doing complex litigation in areas such as antitrust, intellectual property and lender liability. In 1992 Matt moved to back to Hawaii, joining the Maui office of Case & Lynch. In 2006, Matt started his own practice, forming the Law Offices of Matthew V. Pietsch, LLLC.
Currently, Matt’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactional work. Matt also accepts cases involving administrative law and select mediation matters. Matt has been married to wife Michelle since 1986 and is the proud father of two grown sons, Aaron and Daniel. He remains active in water sports, hiking, and community involvement.
